Welcome to Voxaq. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our invisible watermarking and leak-identification service. By using Voxaq, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Your Content, Your Responsibility

Voxaq is a passive mathematical processing tool. We do not review, monitor, or verify the videos you upload.

• Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the videos you upload, or have explicit permission to process them.
• Liability: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. If you upload stolen, pirated, or unauthorized content, you bear full legal responsibility. Voxaq is not liable for any copyright infringement committed by our users.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Voxaq to process:

• Illegal content, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII / "revenge porn").
• Content intended to stalk, harass, doxx, or harm individuals.
• Content that violates any local, national, or international laws.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without a refund and report you to law enforcement if you violate this policy.

3. Service Limitations & "As-Is" Guarantee

Voxaq embeds an invisible, mathematical signature into your video frames to help identify the source of leaks. However, you understand and agree that:

• No Absolute Guarantee: While our watermark is highly resilient, it may not survive extreme tampering, heavy cropping, severe blurring, or analog re-recording (e.g., filming a screen with a phone camera).
• Not a Forensic Laboratory: Voxaq provides statistical confidence scores for internal investigative purposes. Our output is an investigative aid, not certified forensic evidence. We do not provide expert witness testimony, legal affidavits, or court-certified chain-of-custody documentation.
• "As-Is" Service: The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the decoder will successfully identify a leaker in every scenario.

4. Payments, Minutes, and Refunds

• Subscriptions: You are billed monthly based on your selected tier ($59.99 or $199.99).
• Minute Allotments: Your plan includes a set amount of "Encoding" and "Decoding" minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.
• Overages: If you exceed your monthly minutes, you may purchase additional minute packs.
• Refunds: Due to the immediate server costs associated with video processing, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for used minutes or partial months of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxaq and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption).

• Financial Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
• If our servers crash, or if a video is deleted before you download it, our maximum financial responsibility to you is capped at your last month's subscription fee.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnifie, and hold harmless Voxaq from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or legal fees arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any third-party copyright or privacy right, or (c) any content you upload to our servers.

7. DMCA / Copyright Policy

Voxaq respects intellectual property rights. Because all uploaded videos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 48 hours, we do not host content long-term. However, if you believe content processed by our system infringes your copyright, please notify our DMCA agent at: legal@voxaq.co.
